Construction of a confectionery factory for Perfetti Van Melle LLC

Confectionery factory Perfetti Van Melle LLC, Moscow region, Istra district, Leshkovo village, 209. Production building No. 2.

• The contract for the general contractor for the construction of three production buildings with Perfetti Van Melle confectionery factory (Mentos, Chupa Chups, Fruitella trade brands) was signed in February 2020.
• The contract implies a full cycle of construction with the supply and installation of engineering equipment.
• The building area is 12000 m2. The metal capacity of the object is 600 tons. The volume of monolithic works is 1700 m3.
• The work is complicated by the access regime, as well as the shortage of personnel due to the pandemic.
• Currently involved at the facility: special equipment 5 units, engineers – 4 people, construction workers – 32 people.
