Data center and industrial construction in Russia, delivered on schedule
Nefteresurs is a Russian construction company for data centers and technically complex industrial facilities: plants, factories and food production sites. We act as general contractor (main contractor), general designer or EPC contractor — depending on how the client wants the project delivered. Head office in Moscow; one legal entity since 2006. We take full responsibility for the project and the schedule: at least 70% of the work on each site is done by our own crews and equipment, the rest by long-standing subcontractors and partner companies.

Data center construction in Russia
We build data center modules with power centers, administrative buildings, pumping stations, warehouses and genset yards for IT companies and the financial sector. This includes new construction and the completion of projects after a change of general contractor. Every data center we have built has N+1 redundancy.
Scope of work: structural work and steel frames, facades and roofing, indoor and on-site power networks up to 20 kV, lightning protection and earthing, HVAC, water supply and sewerage, genset fuel supply, communication networks.

Data center general contractor for IT companies and the financial sector: four projects built or under construction in Central Russia and the North-West, a fifth in design — every one with N+1 redundancy, none handed over late. DC-05 is the first data center we both design and build: the design documentation was produced by our in-house design office (chief project engineer and chief architect, Revit model) and the building permit is in progress.
Industrial construction
Industrial construction in Russia: plants and factories under one contract
We deliver industrial facilities turnkey: production buildings, warehouses, administrative and amenity buildings, building services and site utilities — on greenfield sites and at operating plants. Seven industrial projects since 2018, with over 32,000 m² of production and warehouse space in total.
Food and beverage
Confectionery factories (including for two international manufacturers), a brewery and a food packaging plant. New production buildings, reconstruction and modernization.
Industrial plants
New plants, including on sites with no infrastructure and in difficult ground conditions. Multi-story production buildings, from design to the installation of stainless steel process systems.
Operating plants
Reconstruction while production continues, in line with the client's health and safety requirements and under controlled site access.
Pharmaceuticals, oil and gas
We are ready to act as general contractor in these industries, building on our experience with international clients' operating sites, power networks up to 20 kV, steel structures and site utilities.
New business line
Passive drone protection: anti-drone netting over operating facilities
A freestanding steel frame with a cable system and catch net over buildings, equipment and site areas. The barrier works at all times — no power, operators or electronic countermeasures needed — and complements active counter-drone systems. Our first project, over an operating data center of a major IT company, is in its final stage: 820 metric tons of steel structures installed without interrupting the data center's operation. The same scheme — freestanding frame, cable system and catch net — scales to substations, boiler houses, process units, tank farms and other industrial sites, and is installed without stopping the facility. We design passive protection in-house or with specialist partners where needed, build to the client’s design, and advise on active protection.

One counterparty under Russian law
For a foreign investor building in Russia we close the chain that normally needs several local contractors: site selection support, design to Russian codes (SP and GOST), state expert review, building permit, utility connections, construction, commissioning and the permit to operate. The design office and the site teams are in-house.
International manufacturers’ standards
We have built and reconstructed production facilities for two international confectionery manufacturers on operating sites — under their HSE requirements and controlled site access.

Where we work
Most of our clients are Moscow-based companies; our projects are in Central Russia (Moscow and Vladimir regions) and the North-West (Leningrad and Novgorod regions). For large projects we mobilize anywhere in Russia — our own staff and equipment fleet make that practical — and we are open to projects in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), BRICS countries and the Middle East. External utility networks, gas supply, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and heating networks are delivered with our long-standing partner companies.

Questions international clients ask
Do you work as a general contractor, a general designer or an EPC contractor?
Any of the three. As general contractor we build to the client’s design. As general designer (lead design organization) our in-house design office produces the design documentation, runs the engineering surveys and takes the project through state expert review — with specialist partners where needed. As EPC contractor we take engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning under one contract. DC-05 is our first data center where we hold both the design and the construction. Clients may keep the procurement of core IT and power equipment (UPS, generator sets) under their own framework agreements; in that case we prepare the sites, fuel systems and connections.
Can a foreign company contract with you directly?
Yes. The contract is signed with Nefteresurs LLC under Russian law — directly with the foreign company, with its Russian subsidiary, or with a company registered in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Inquiries in English: info@nefteresurs.ru.
