We develop technical specifications in accordance with the wishes of the Customer and regulatory requirements, which specify: technical characteristics, purpose of premises, quality criteria, technical and economic and special requirements. After discussion with the Customer, the final version of the TOR is signed, and within 1-2 days we send a preliminary estimate for review and decision-making on cooperation.

We make a commercial offer and coordinate financing, paying special attention to the wishes of the Customer on the budget. At this stage, we determine the final cost of the project.

We are starting to implement the project using the Customer's financing, our resources and experience. The final result is a high-quality project with all the implemented tasks set by the Customer.
